A survey for the wine trade
The aim is to produce a comprehensive set of guidelines to reassure all stakeholders that, as an industry, we have carefully considered all aspects of how to organise and host safe Covid-aware trade tastings and that, in turn, you feel able to attend trade tastings with confidence.
The following hygiene measures will become standard practice:
- Hand sanitiser widely available on arrival and throughout the venue. Must be used on arrival by all.
- Regular cleaning of facilities tables wiped down regularly and cleaning equipment provided to all exhibitors.
- Event staff PPE: training, health checks, disposable gloves, face shields and masks.
- Social distancing signage including one-way routes, no groups, waiting areas and 2m distance (or whatever the government distance guidelines are at the time).
